I cant speak highly enough of the service department at Stampede. Broke down about a half mile from the dealer (clutch), and they pulled out all the stops to get me and my ride back to the dealership safely. The Service Reps (James in particular), the Technicians and the Porters were polite, courteous, and bent over backwards to get me back on the road. They are all Top Shelf. Had bought three bikes in the past from another dealership and the service there had just declined over time. started emailing, Ryan Thiessen called me, listened to what I was wanting, and took care of me on my new purchase. He kept me up to date on the progress with the upgrades I requested, worked with management to get me the best deal for my trade in and even had the new bike derived to my home. I walked into the dealership just wanting to look at the bikes. I take my Learn to Ride course next weekend. Talked with Michael Brandenburg. There was no high pressure tactic to sell me a bike right away. It was so refreshing! I went to another dealer in the area and they were trying to sell me a bike and get me out the door. Michael took the time to learn more about my situation and that impressed me. I will be back after I get my license.

My visit to Stampede HD was one of only purchasing a poker chip, as I collect them from dealerships I come across on trips. I had the unfortunate luck of breaking down on my prized 2003 FLTRI, my baby. Faced with the thought of having to fly home or trade her in, the folks at Stampede, (Nick, Carl and Mr. David) helped me out with a new bike as a stranded biker who's only intent was to stop in for a minute or two. My friend Joe and I spent the next 8 hours in your store, testing bikes, going over options and trying to decide what to do. Every person in the store could sympathize with my struggle to let my baby go and helped make the purchase of the new bike one of the myth making stories of all times on how customer service should be handled. By the end of the day, I had purchased a new bike, in my favorite color, they fed us supper, we enjoyed the HOG night at the dealership and told me that my bike was going to have a new home as an exhibit piece. A fitting end to my baby made me almost as happy as riding back to MN on a new bike. The trip will be memorable for lots of reasons; Thank you to everyone at Stampede for helping Joe and I make it back home safely with a great story to tell of our trip and of you fine folks who helped me out.Sincerely, Rick and Joe.

I have been riding Harley's since the early 80's and have dealt with a lot of shops, but Stampede is in a whole different class and it's because of the people who staff this dealership. From guys like Eric, Chad and Rick in Sales to Nick in Financing to Alexis and Wendy in motor clothes, Steve and Daniel in Service and Evo at the Parts desk. I know these folks because they go out of their way to make every experience and interaction I have with them an enjoyable one. The General Manager Jeremy is always on hand making sure that things run smooth. While I will continue to buy the occasional shirt from out of state dealerships in the true Harley fashion, I won't consider making any purchase of consequence involving Harley Davidon anywhere else BUT Stampede Harley!

I purchased a used 2012 Ultra Classic Limited, from Stampede Harley back in August of this year. I worked with Steve in sales, Nick in Finance, and Brock with insurance. They were all great and went above and beyond to work with me. I did the complete deal over the phone and internet, I am sure they were getting tired of me changing my mind on the bike I wanted. I told them that I wanted to come that day and pick up the bike and it was already around noon. I left Big Spring at 3:00 pm and was not going to be at the dealership until after they were closed. I talked with Steve and Nick they said come this way and we will wait. I arrived at 7:30, got paperwork done and even the apparel manager stayed late so that I would get a couple of shirts and some new boots we did not get everything done until about 8:30 or so that evening. In my opinion this was the easiest bike purchase I have made and will be a repeat customer. Love the bike too!!!

I must say, I've found a motorcycle dealer that I will do business with from now on. I got a great deal on a 2016 Heritage Softail Classic, received a very good trade value for my bike, and was treated great by everyone I met at Stampede. When they announced my name, had employees sound the Harley horns, and let me blow the steam whistle, it was much more me just making a purchase at a motorcycle dealer.

We watched the dealership being built while driving from Arlington to Grandview to visit my mother-in-law in a nursing home. We were in the market for a Harley and went online to see what was available at a number of dealerships in the DFW area. Last Saturday we were returning from a visit to my mother-in-law and stopped by to see what was available. The staff (Eric Smalley and others) were very friendly and helpful and helped us to purchase our FIRST Harley Davidson. We were very happy with the experience and plan to stop by and visit in the future as our needs require.

Since Stampede is new at the time of this writing you would think there would not be much to rate them on now. But, actually there is!First, many of the staff at Stampede were familiar faces at other HD dealerships. There is the experience. I can testify to their friendliness and willingness to help you locate and get exactly what it is you want, from clothing articles, riding gear or parts. They all seem to really want to make you happy.A special shout out for the service dept. I wanted to have a set of the lighted switch clusters installed on my 2015 Ultra Limited before I rode out to Florida. I do quite a bit of night riding and wanted them. They did not have the part in stock but they found a local HD dealer with one set left. Made arrangement to pick the part up and Stampede installed them in no time just before I left on the trip. Thanks fellas!!They are close to my house but I don't mind driving to another dealership for better service, however, there is no need as I get great service in all aspects at Stampede!My next bike purchase will be at Stampede plus the ongoing accessories purchases that are never ending. lolGlad you guys and gals finally opened. The first time I went into this dealership, it was a bit crowded and the staff was pretty busy. Still, more than one of them made sure to ask if I needed help. The second time I was in the dealership, it was very slow, I felt like Norm from cheers, almost every employee in there said hi. I was also impressed by how they remain friendly and conversational, even when your not in there to buy a bike. My next bike will definitely come from Stampede Harley Davidson!
